WSOD after migration from 3.10 to 4.4.2

Hello,
after migration from joomla 3.10 to 4.4.2 i get WSOD on start page. Admin pages work. I changed my start page to cassiopeia template. I also increased php error output to maximum but no error details shown.
any hint how to solve this issue would be greatly appreciated.
