0 - Class 'Joomla\Console\Application' not found

Hi Everyone,

We have just tried to update from Joomla 3 to joomla 4 and got the error 0 - Class 'Joomla\Console\Application' not found. I do have backups on Akeeba but Akeeba needed mandatory updating also and then it wouldn't find the backups to restore (maybe because of older version), I do have the backups via FTP though. I understand that I need to delete the J4 files and upload the backup files for this to work and go back to Joomla 3 so we can try again but I don't know which files to delete via FTP. Can anyone help me please? Or any other alternative fixes.
