Cannot save page settings Hydrogen Gantry 5

Trying to edit page settings in Gantry 5 Hydrogen, and clicking Save spawns a blank horizontal popup window. There is no text in the window.. and it won't save an edit. I ran admin tools' Fix Permissions, did not solve the issue.

Joomla 4.4.4
PHP 7.4
Hydrogen 5.5.17
Gantry 5.5.17

Any help greatly appreciated

Requirements for Joomla! 4.x
Try setting higher php
