Articles on homepage display weird? Topic is solved

It's probably a simple thing... ...but I don't know where to act.
Suddenly, half of the links on my homepage put the article to be displayed in the middle of the homepage, rather than opening the classic "independent article" page (it's called "parent window" ?).
what happened...and what should I do?

I don't know when, but I had inadvertently deleted the menu item to which all the article were linked.
Hence the problem.
