Hi. Why do you think so? J5 / Cassiopea uses Font Awesome 6

What are you trying to do to reach the conclusion it's not installed? To add icons you simply use code like this:
<i class="fa-solid fa-user"></i>. Doesn't that work?

Go to Font Awesome's website, the installation instructions are there.

Perhaps, a reinstallation of your current Joomla version (core system files (from Joomla Update)) may refresh everything. If you go to Joomla Update, check for updates; if it doesn't find a new version you should see a "Reinstall Core Files" button.
