?types[0]=1' at the end of the URLs. How can I get rid of these

I have two websites with tags and menu items with a list of tagged items. When I look at the URL of the pages with these menu items, I see '?types[0]=1' at the end of the URLs. How can I get rid of these parts? E.g: 'https://mywebite/tag-planten/vaatpanten ... types[0]=1'

I use Joomla 5.1 and PHP 8.1.27
Search Engine Friendly URLs : Yes
Use URL Rewriting: Yes
Add Suffix to URL: No
Unicode Aliases: Yes

That is correct. It always happens when you use the standard Joomla 'list of tagged items'.
