Another 'registered' group

Post by RicJoom » Tue Mar 19, 2024 8:43 am

I'm searching for a way to have more different groups for 'registered' so that I can select which user can see certain content fe. registerd 1 or registered group 2.
I created under 'users / group' another 'group' (TeamMerksem) with 'Group Parent' Public. However I can't define this new group to an article.
I only have the access choices as before: public/guest/registered/... I don't see my new created group (TeamMerksem)...

Is this possible and if so what did I forget to do?
Thanks a lot,
Richard

In the article you choose an access level, not a group. You need to create a new access level in the access level tab.

You should have made the new group a child of Registered. Then they will inherit Permissions from Registered such as the ability to login.
