Help Finding the source file for hits

hello, not to sure this is the right place.

I had someone custom edit my site and display the hits on the content of the site. Now I want to hide this but cannot find the source file where it is.

You can see the 'eye' icon and hits on the link below and I now want to hide it.

Set Hits to not show in the Menu Item.

Did that, did not work. Looks hard coded by the guys I got to do it and cannot reach them and cannot find where.

Have you looked under the html folder of your template?
