Update itself went fine.
Sadly my edited file MysqliDriver.php in folder
/libraries/vendor/joomla/database/src/Mysqli/
was overwritten with the standard file.

Therefore, after update, I got the "1104 The SELECT would examine more than MAX_JOIN_SIZE rows; check your WHERE and use SET SQL_BIG_SELECTS=1 or SET MAX_JOIN_SIZE=# if the SELECT is okay." again. Efter editing the file, it works again.
