me funciona para ie pero desaparece enfirefox o vicerversa, alguien me puede ayudar?

qué herramienta usas para generar el png?

Con el irfranview puedes seleccionar el color de transparencia y debe funcionar en ambos.

El problema esta en que IE6 no soporta transparencia en los PNG, lo que tienes que hacer es aplicar este hack:

Es sencillo de usar y funciona correctamente como puedes ver en los ejemplos

TEndras que usar hacks para CSS, hay unos filtros q son muy fáciles de implementar
