many thanks michael.  it is for personal interest at the moment and hopefully will become a business.  Yes, I am happy to pay, do you know what is the going rate in HK?  I've already gotten a few bids from India but thought it will be more beneficial to get someone in HK.  I need template design, translation and a live reservatation mechanism coded similar to that of cinema booking.  If you know someone good and interested in this, please get them to contact me.  thanks in advance.

The template design and the reservation mechanism I think many freelance can do that base on Joomla system . What translation you looking for ? anyway i will post your enquire to some forums , hope they can help you .  Are you have any IM in use ? icq , msn , skype , gt , qq , ..etc . that will let them more easy to contact you .

i thought the live booking mechanism may be a little tricky as there are no ready made components out there.  anyway, really appreciate your help.

I remember i have seen one component in here maybe have this function ? but not sure, need check it again.
i think the most important is the Payment gateway , if your booking system need accept payment . And also is the booking system work flow , if the system use half auto , i think many programer can do that , but if your booking sytem want running fully automatic  , you better have a good work flow chat before asking someone to program.
