"Ang Pilipino Nga Naman" Means what?

Just curious, the statement that says, "Ang Pilipino nga naman" what does that really mean? When should you use this word? What action should you exhibit before you can hear the comment "ang pilipino nga naman". I never heard this comment when I was still in one those thousand islands. But lately, I began to notice it. What is that all about? Please explain? Thank you!

I think "ang pilipino nga naman" ay applicable doon sa tinatawag na "sira ulong pinoy" o di kaya "hindi mapagsabihang pinoy" o di kaya "matitigas ang apog na pinoy".

I think it's something negative. It pertains to things that Filipinos are generalized for. Like procrastinating or "ningas cugon"

parehas din ako ng sagot.. its more na negative. kasi ako nasa sambit ko rin yan eh "ang pinoy nga naman! oo..".

i notice pag nasasambit ko ito usually kung may kapalpakan na genarally ginagawa ng mga pinoy.

tulad ng; makikita mo na lang nasa kotse magbubukas ng bintana; tapos tapon ng basura kahit nasa highway at bilis ng takbo.
