This is our own new site. We have changed our company name and relocated to a new domain name as well.

We are a web development company specializing in Joomla web sites and we also develop the free LinX component (reciprocal link exchange) and the LinkBack module (automatically link back to people who link to you).

The template is of course our own. And we are using SiFR (Javascript/Flash replacement) for the fancy headlines throughout the site.

Components and modules: LinX, LinkBack, JoomSEF, Fireboard, DocMan and YaNC. Many people have asked what great component we are using for our Portfolio, and all I can say is that it the best of all - Joomla itself. It is created using the "blog - Content Category" function.

We are also running Wordpress on the site for the blog.

There is not much custom development. Except for a few hacks here and there.

We would like feedback on the design, usablility issues and suggestions for improvements.

I like the clarity of your site. As soon as I got to it I can tell what your company does. easy on the eyes and good loading times as well. Really dont have anything bad to say about your site. Keep up the good work.

Thank you for the comments. I am happy that you found it easy to see what we are doing. That was a big concern seeing that our name is "Not Web Design" and we actually do do what others refer to as "web design". 

I'm curious, why did you use Wordpress for the blog rather than another content section

Because of the option to use external editors like Live Writer and it's faster interface. Also because of the plug-ins available for syndication to social news networks etc.

Your site is very clean – easy to navigate! I like its simplicity and color. Nice work.

Very smart, and smart looking.
Flawless integration of the WP blog, that's something I want to do myself.

The only thing I'd change is the color of the written content. It appears a bit too light. But it could just be me.

I really like WordPress but have had some tough experiences integrating non-joomla stuff into joomla. How was the integration process? What level of integration do you have?

There is not really all that much integration. They just look the same.
