Checked in.  Proofed and revised.  Think it's good to go.

Thanks!  I'll take a look at it and get back to you if I have any comments.

Brian,
I am publically writing this rather than editing directly the text on the help site so that everyone who is helping can learn how we want our editorial style to be.  We are trying to make the content style task oriented by using imperative verbs as much as reasonably possible.

Michelle,

I have made the following revisions to this document, including the one that you posted:

The Copy Menu Items command duplicates menu items to another existing menu.

Copy to Menu:
Select the destination menu from within this box where you want your selected menu item(s) to be copied.

If you copy a Parent Menu Item and its sub-level menus, they will all be copied together maintaining their Parent-Child relationship.

Menu Items being copied:
List of the menu items selected.

Toolbar:
Copy:  Click the 'Copy' icon to copy the menu items.
Cancel:  Click the 'Cancel' icon to abort copying the menu items.

I have also update the changelog, and link to this forum.

I am also confused to whether Usagi is updating these docs directly on the help site, or if he is sending you the information?  I know that there has not been any updates in the changelog, but on the revisions that he has posted on various TO DO's, there are no corrections.  How are Usagi's revisions being handled?

Please feel free to revise this doc again.

Charles

I am coodinating to chat live with Usagi on Skype.  So for now, you can work on other help screens.

Thanks!

This Help Screen is now ready for the second revision by someone who has not already revised it.

Thanks!

Thanks Charles and Brian!

This content item is ready for another revision, or proof-reading, by someone who has not already proof-read it.

Fresh eyes for proof-reading might discover something that was missed in the first revisions.

This can be done by anyone in the community who wishes to proof-read occasionally without committing to the doc project on an on going manner.
