joomfish: how to translate web link categories?

greetings to all,

I'm using joomfish to translate my site from english to hebrew. But I'm unable to get the list of web link categories translated. I have translated the category names in joomfish and published them, but they still remain in the original English on the page. See the page http://www.israelcatholic.com/component ... 3/lang,iw/
As you can see, all the category titles are still in English even though these have in fact been translated with joomfish.

any help or advice would be appreciated.

Did you also translate te weblinks. Cose it doesn't look like it.
Joomfish -> translations -> Content elements = weblinks

I did translate a few of the weblinks. The links are translated fine, but not the link categories. Has no one else encountered this problem?

The trick is using a tweaked joomfish.class.php file attached to that thread.

Do you mind trying out my fix for showing categories in Contacts, Weblinks and Blog attached to this message?

To use it, simply unzip the file, and copy joomfish.class.php to components/com_joomfish/includes. (Save the original file aside just in case.)

You can see the result of this fix at my test site. (It's a English, Traditional and Simplified Chinese site, so you will need Chinese font to see the translations.) Try switch language to see the translations changed.

So far it works fine for me, but it's not tested fully. Hopefully it can fix some of your problems.

First of all, there are no includes folder in my components/com_joomfish/

There is helpers folder instead with joomfish.class.php is this the one?

Second, I try to replace this file with new one, but still, I don't know where to type translation for web links categories.

Please, give some inputs.
