You have right there was some corruptions, now it works right after that i have copied över joomla 1.5.3 ( not the translated files).
I didn't understand what happened because in begining it worked. Any way it works now correct and i shall update whole the package to version 1.5.3

Pauls

You should indeed upgrade.
Your 1.5.6 Language files will work. Some strings may have been changed/added but nothing really serious. Using the Translation Manager component will help you.

I am very happy that you hav interest in joomla. It is very nice of you to participate in discussion of translation of East Syriac(Assyrian language) to follow the development of joomla.
I have before translated joomla 1.5.2 and updated to 1.5.3 and you can to download it from my homepage www.nohadra.com and test it.

Joomla have been developed better and we need to translate the new version 1.5.8 and it would be very nice if you want to help in translation because i am alone and maybe in future come other persons to help us to develop joomla to be a good tool for homepage in ou language.

tocontact me: pauls@nohadra.com
regards
Pauls

You can allways use translation manager, just copy updated english language files and update Your translation. After release language packs in Your language.

Pauls, you should subscribe to the Translation Teams forum ;)
We have been preparing for this for a while.
Please post there when your packs are ready.
