how to add a next article link

how to add a next article link

Everytime when kicks into a single article, after read it. there is no link for next or prev. So vister need to back or close my site window. I think most of them will close.
So how could I add a link which like "« Start Prev 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 Next End »" under or on top of each article ?
