Extension allowing users to edit only their own content ?

Anybody aware of an extension, that allows mulitple users to edit their own content ?

I'm looking for some way of giving a group of users their own little space on my site, without enabling them to edit other content.

Perhaps some special editors code or something.

Any help apreciated.

I'm not sure if such an extension exists. I'm currently developing something along those lines, I'm using the user id to identify if a user can edit content.

I just found what I need in the extensions directory: An extension called camelcitycontent2 allows users to edit their own content, and only that.

Easy to install, just publish a link to the component in the menu, and you're on.
When a user logs in, he gets a list of his own content, that he is allowed, and able to edit.

Yes, I also found that - its called MyContent

Didn't try it myself, but it seems like its a goog one.

thanx Thomas, but this component allows users to see a list of their own articles, but they cannot edit their submitted content.

Ok - I was not aware of that.
It is possible to edit own content in camelcitycontent2, but it is only for 1.5.x ..

I liked this extension and used it.. but the J! folks who saw a lot of potential in this for more were pretty harsh on the developers who weren't really interested taking the com farther and have pretty much stopped working on it.
