SOLVED* Component Install: Failed to create directory.:

i just installed a fresh copy of joomla 1.5.8 and uploaded everything to the ftp site. now i want to add some components and templates and this is the error message i get.


* JFolder::create: Could not create directory
* Component Install: Failed to create directory.: /usr/home/sites/www.creativeideasrus.com/web/administra ... ts/com_jce"

i've got every permission i can find set to 777, but it's not solving the problem.

help! i'm on a deadline with a client.

STEPS
Unzip Mod_**** folder

Copy the Mod_**** folder to C:\inetpub\wwwroot\joomla\modules\ directory
(where: http://localhost/joomla opens your site homepage )

Login to Back-end of your Joomla site (using http://localhost/joomla/administrator )

Goto Extension Manager
Click Discover ( for joomla site app to find newly added module in its module directory)
Click the discovered new extension
Click Install (to install the new module)
