You have right there was some corruptions, now it works right after that i have copied över joomla 1.5.3 ( not the translated files).
I didn't understand what happened because in begining it worked. Any way it works now correct and i shall update whole the package to version 1.5.3

Hello again
There was some problem with administrator username and password and even if i chang this from phpmyadmin it does not work. Is it right that i must update to version 1.5.7 ? Can i put the translated files in that version direct?

Your 1.5.6 Language files will work. Some strings may have been changed/added but nothing really serious. Using the Translation Manager component will help you.

1. I want to refresh the translation of East Syriac from version 1.5.2 to version 1.5.8 which program shall i use to update this version with minimum work?
2. How shall i put this translation as a grupp translation grupp of East Syriac?

I am very happy that you hav interest in joomla. It is very nice of you to participate in discussion of translation of East Syriac(Assyrian language) to follow the development of joomla.
I have before translated joomla 1.5.2 and updated to 1.5.3 and you can to download it from my homepage www.nohadra.com and test it.
Joomla have been developed better and we need to translate the new version 1.5.8 and it would be very nice if you want to help in translation because i am alone and maybe in future come other persons to help us to develop joomla to be a good tool for homepage in ou language.

I received to day an e-mail that joomla 1.5.10 new version is ready for download and at the same time many languages have allready has translated the new updated files. Kan i use the same translation manager or there is a newer one?

You can allways use translation manager, just copy updated english language files and update Your translation. After release language packs in Your language.
