I just tried to do upgrade at my local copy of site.

After I click Save in Global Configuration it clears database password and leave it blank.

Please bring down upgrade packages until this is fixed.

If you clear you password and now your site is down, you need to edit file configuration.php

line:

$mosConfig_password = 'yourdatabasepassword;
