i have downloaded the joomla folder from server.I try to run the site on my localhost it shows me white screen.

The thing i did
1. Set the joomla folder into wamp>www
2. Configured the configuration.php as
var $dbtype = 'mysql';
var $host = 'localhost';
var $user = 'root';
var $password = '';
var $db = 'questsys';
3.Imported the database

Its working well in server, but its shows me a white screen
And also in administrator section article manager also shows white screen.

Are there anymore to be configure

Are you sure your Wamp server is working properly?

Best way to move a Joomla site is with Joomla Pack. Check out my video on this topic, which can be found by following the link in my signature
