To make the change globally: Go to Content -> Parameters (in the top right corner) -> Show Navigation (and set it to hide). Save your changes and your done!

Hiii Joeking
Since i last visited the forum. I've done some R&D on Joomla. All you need to do is to disable a plugin...Yap...as simple as that!
Go to the extensions..above the template manager in top menu...and look at all the plugins...

Re: Removing <Prev Next>
My bigger concern is why you don't actually have access to your Joomla admin panel. You're very limited with what you can change on your site, and you're missing out on many of the benefits that Joomla brings.
Have you requested access to the Joomla admin backend from your developer?

Re: Removing <Prev Next>
We tried contacting the developer, but he never got back to us. So, only thing we have access to is cpanel. If we need to edit some articles or documents, I go to cpanel->file manager->public_html and phpmyadmin to editing. Is there any way I can get access of Joomla Admin Panel? If not, how can I remove/disable prev/next buttons/links from my pages?
Thanks
Thanks

Going to all the plugins takes time, here is what you need to do:
In Joomla admin panel look at the navigation bar and go to Extensiions > Plugin Manager > Look for Content page navigation (3rd or 4th down the list on page 1.
Click on it and change to Disabled an save the page and that is it, no more Prev - Next navigation on your pages.
