need to migrate complete joomla 1.0x site to Joomla 1.5x

I am moving to a new server which is not supporting Joomla 1.0x.
I tried to use Migration Component, but it migrate only the home page (com_frontpage) and nothing else. I have installed around six-seven more components and modules.

How do I completely migrate to new version without redoing the website.

Please suggest.

You need a Migrator plugin for every component that you need to migrate.

I have the following components:
agora forum, CB, SOBI2, Letterman to name a few

and many addon modules

These are the ETL plugins for the official migrator

Any extensions that do not have an ETL plugin you will need to check the creator's web site to see if they have posted migration instructions or try searching this forum to see if any one has posted them here.

Agora does not have such a plugin but to upgrade do the following
Export all jos_agopra_xxx tables to your new site
Install Agora 2.5.5 to upgrade the db structure.
Uninstall Agora 2.5.5
Install Agora 3.0

From the old site make a backup of the img directory
(components/com_agora/img/)
Upload it to the new site

Setting up Agora 3.0 after conversion:
Go to Agora Admin panel
Click Groups
Click "Global" group
Set default permissions
Click Save
Go to "Forum" tab
Click each forum and add the "Global" group to each forum
