Problem FireFox 3.5 (TABLE)

1.Problem
When I put a table in Article
As it happens in FireFox 3.5

I have the same problem with articles with tables. Only occurs with Ja_Purity template and Firefox. I have the same thing happen with blockquote tags, but again only in Ja_Purity template.

Template and articles look and work normal in IE 8

Firefox version I am using is 3.5.5

I hope someone has a fix for this.

That did the trick for Firefox, but broke the layout for IE unless I use compatibility view in IE.

I used "clear: both" and it works great in IE, firefox and google chrome.

Hardcoding it into the article html (rather than editing the CSS) ensures that it won't mess with any other page of your website.
