I am receiving the following error at http://resources.joomla.org/

Code:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function xcache_isset() in /home/resource/public_html/libraries/joomla/cache/storage/xcache.php on line 56

Fatal error: Class 'JLoader' not found in /home/resource/public_html/libraries/loader.php on line 161
