Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Here's what happened ... I made a test site in this folder: http://www.itwa.org/joomla/. Then I got the OK to make the joomla site live. Everything worked fine until I moved the enitre contents of the http://www.itwa.org/joomla/ folder into the root folder. When I did that, I had the joomla site but only text ... none of the CSS styles or images.
So, I restored all the files and now I can't get into the backend. However, when I go to http://www.itwa.org/joomla/index.php I can see the home page.
Below is the code for http://www.itwa.org/joomla/index.php ... but I don't know how to access the page to edit the code listed below the smilies.
Any thought about how to make the backend visible and working would be appreciated! Thanks and help me make my client happy.
