Hi All,

I am new to joomla and working on Docman notify plugin. I have installed joomla 1.0.13 (older version but my client needs it) and Docman notify plugin (1.4). My understanding about docman notify is

When user add / update / delete any file, Docman plugin automatically triggers Notifier to send email to admin ( mailid is configured using Send To parameters of Site Mambot: Edit [ Docman Notify ]) tab. Please confirm if my understanding is correct.


I have small question:

when Docman notify plugin sends mail to admin means just after the document upload or it waits document to be published and then send the mail. Actually i don't have mail server setup right now and trying to understand it.


Can anyone please provide inputs on above points.
