Joomla Permalinks?

Hi I was just wondering how we could create a permalink like this site :O http://jenpoo.com/1789_one_of_you_by_sung_eun.html I don't find the SEO friendly permalinks in Joomla default that neat.

There are several (probably 6 or 8 ) sef url extensions that will let you do that, although the general feeling is that hyphens outperform underscores as word separators within the urls.
Don't HACK the Joomla! core, Instead "Extend" and/or "Override."
Stay ON the update path.
