Between the beta testing going on for 1.6 and working out recent issues in 1.5, everyone's been busy around here lately. So here's a thanks not only to the Joomla team, but to everyone who's been contributing to work on both versions.

Just to make sure: Has the "auto-plugin disable feature" been reversed indefinitely? (see also http://blog.joomlatools.eu/2010/05/advi ... oomla.html) and as also advised by Andrew on the Google list?

thanks

Yes you can . Download this package: http://joomlacode.org/gf/download/frsre ... age.tar.gz

extract and upload and overwrite with ftp....nothing to worry about. ;-)

1.5.18 is the current production/stable release. 1.6 is still in beta and is HIGHLY recommended that you NOT use it in a production environment until it is released as stable.
