I would love to make a Joomla Magazine in PDF, to be distributed free to the Joomla community.

It would be a good idea you say?

Hi Ricardo,

Thanks for starting this thread!

We already have a person who has volunteered to convert individual JCM articles to PDFs that can be printed two sides to save paper.

An idea very similar to yours also came up today in a JCM team discussion. I need to check with OSM for approval before we move forward with that idea or your idea.

Do you have experience with a PDF conversion project such as this?

The idea is to place the articles and pictures, and layout charge me as if I were a magazine, PC Magazine style, my experience is having worked at various newspapers and magazines for 14 years here in Venezuela, I would do the job Adobe InDesign CS4, Only need the articles, photos and the publication would come out in PDF format.

Hi Ricardo,

Thanks again. I have sent an email to OSM asking how they would feel about us producing a PDF version of the magazine. I will follow up here again when I have an update.

Hi Paul

Thanks, I will design the format of the magazine with some articles only 4 pages to see the project, I can get this magazine in the English language, Spanish and Italian are the languages she speaks.

This week I sent it around here or by email, and would be great that your show is the people of OSM.
