Try extensions from this category:
http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions ... management

Or you can try JCE ( http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions ... editors/88 ). I think it has a way to integrate a Flash file into an article, but I never needed it so I can't give you more details about it.

From that error list seams the extension will work if you deactivate the displaying of the error messages on your page. See this thread for instructions on how to do it:
http://forum.joomla.org/viewtopic.php?f=429&t=284344

I also suggest contacting it's developer to modify the code so the errors will not be generated.

Those are actually more like warning, not errors. :)
But it's a good idea to try to only use extensions that are not generating them.

It's also a good idea to deactivate ( not hide ) them on a live site.

I never used that extension so I can't help you with it.
Maybe you can try a different one from that list or contact it's developer.

I use the simple image holder extension from the Joomla extensions directory. It does a nice job and can insert images or SWF files with the option of a unique ID so you can adjust the CSS in your standard module position if you want to change the padding or look.
