sh404sef returns http://127.0.0.1/joomla/joomla/<page>.html

Hi,
i've just installed Joomla 1.5.20 and got some problems with
sh404sef.

-I've set all the SEF options in Joomla to "yes".

-renamed htaccess.txt to ".htaccess".

-I'm on Apache server, using WAMP.

So, sh404sef returns me pages like this:
http://127.0.0.1/joomla/joomla/<page>.html
With the joomla directory repeated twice.
And this gives me 404 errors of course.

First time it happens, hope it's not due to
Joomla 1.5.20..
