I installed the RokBox plugins today to enable the rokbox feature on a module named ARI Slick Gallery. When I enabled the RoxBox system plugin, the site went blank and reads "Restricted Access" in the top corner. I have gone through the FTP and deleted everything that says RokBox on it. I even went as far as taking the legacy plugin off of my site entirely. I don't know what else to do.

I have already searched the forum for similar problems and found this one:

viewtopic.php?p=766444

It looks like the solution to this guys problem was to delete the site and start over. I CANNOT do that since the site was near to completion and is due to launch in a couple of days. It will cost me my head if I can't get it going.

PLEASE HELP!!! THIS IS AN EMERGENCY!! :'(

You do have backups? Don't you? Revert it back prior to the change with your backups.

Otherwise, did you turn on the "Legacy" mode plugin, if this is a Legacy plugin? Is there a non-legacy version of the plugin? To completely uninstall the plugin, deleting the files is not enough, you also need to go in to the database and remove the entry in the plugins tables for it.

The last back-up I have is a week old. I did however luck out with my host as they keep a back-up every night of each site on their server. So I was able to restore the files from yesterday. However, the problem still persists.

Yes it was a legacy plugin, and I had the legacy plugin itself turned on. It occured right when I enabled the rokbox - system plugin. Like a light switch. poof! dead site.

I did find in another forum thread that you need to remove the last plugin from the jos_plugin table via MySQL. Now I am having problems accessing that through my host. Just a bad luck day I guess.

Thanks for your input. If you have any other suggestions, they are most welcome.
