How to create "menulink" menu item?

I am looking for this type of menu item, "Menulink" but I don't see it anywhere as an option in my menu manager create new menu panel. I'm attaching a screen shot to show you what I see there:

What am I missing? How do I create a menu item "Menulink"?

It is not very clear what you want.

If you want to create a new menu, you could do it in the Menu Manager (Menus -> Menu Manager).

If you want to create link to an already existing menu then you could choose the menu item type Alias.

Yes I want to create the menu item type Alias. But where is that?? Where do I find that? I don't see it anywhere in the menu creation area....

The sentence has to be "If you want to create link to an already existing menu item then you could choose the menu item type Alias.".

The menu item type Alias is at the bottom of the list in the image you have attached.

My confusion comes from the fact that I am trying to reproduce a menu item already in my site, and that menu item is listed in the menu as: "Menulink". It's this "Menulink" that I could not find anywhere in the list.
