Hi karol.cejka - and welcome to Joomla! Forums  :)

You could send a pm to davidgal who is the core member in charge of translation.
(note: you will only be able to send pm when having posted at least 5 posts in the forum)

That is indeed another matter.
Please read the Translation Policy http://dev.joomla.org/content/view/41/65/

Have you already translated the language files for 1.0.11?
You may create a project on joomlaforge to propose this to users.

The, 1.5 translation is another story and you will have to ask davidgal (please CC to me) how to get in.

Also, just to clarify: Joomla! does not deal with Nations but with languages only. :)

Alam,
there should be no fight...

The 2 of you are dealing, as far as I know, with different versions of Bangla, which is perfectly allright and in agreement with the Translation Charter which you have agreed to.
Same as German (Germany) and German (Austria) for example.

Welcome on our forums.

We certainly need no "services", but you are volunteering to help for Joomla core Spanish or Slovenian Translation, you may contact the Translation Teams coordinators for these languages here:

Please discuss with Admir Agic to join his team.
To propose Bosnian users at least this site pack, we also need the installation ini and xml file.
Will send a mail to both of you right now.
