Hi there,
I just want to announce we are developing a professional ticketing system that will be easy to integrate with Joomla sites. In a nutshell it will enable you sell various types of tickets to numbered/non-numbered halls online and in the box office (via webbrowser or via windows client). It will accept all sorts of payment types, bar codes, eTicket. If there is a company seriously interested in using such a solution in near future, just send me a Private Message.

Sell tickets online - sell tickets in box office - eTickets

Are you guys any further advanced with the development of your ticketing system? We have a specific need for it in our theatre. It would be appreciated if you could let us know your timelines on the project so that we can plan here.

We are currently finishing and testing Reservation Web, which will be used as a ticketing gateway for the integration with Joomla websites. The Joomla extensions are fully completed. It means the frontend part is almost ready. For the administration we have a quite complex client software that runs on Windows OS and is designed for the box offices and the management. To make the users life easier we are currently developing a lighter version of the administration that runs online and is translatable into any world language. I expect to have everything up and running within first months of year 2011.

If you are interested in more details, PM me.

Same here...I'm the webmaster/track coordinator for both a large museum and a grassroots yet large racetrack, and I'm highly interested in this. Please email support@kalaeloaracewaypark.com if you have any further info!

I am also highly interested in this. Do you have any updates yet? I'm also interested in knowing as to whether or not the user can pick the seat? Could the show dates somehow interface with jevents or another events-type calendar? could we block seats? etc. etc.- I probably have a thousand questions! We are currently using tix.com - they have been excellent to work with - but I would love to get something in house if possible.

Hi,
the ticketing system has been launched. You can create an account on http://www.ecolosseum.net and start selling customized eTickets.

Good news is that a component called eColosseum TicketSeller will be published on JED in few days. It was developed to help Joomla admins to import the events data in one click, publish the listings and connect to ticketing system so they can sell tickets from their Joomla websites. You can download it from http://www.ecolosseum.net/en/about-ecolosseum.html#joom.

if you feel interested and need a bit more of information, please send me.
