java and flash plugin for uploading pictures in joomla 1.5

HI
i can upload single picture in my Joomla media manager and phoca gallery! i need flash and Java upload plugin. When i click on them they ask that Java 1.5 or higher plugin missing!

kindly any body send me the link of these plugins

hmmm ok tomorrow i will upload screenshot of error it is just a red line by red color that says you need java 1.5 image upload plugin

All error message screens are different. By posting a screenshot instead of trying to describe it may help identify the origin of the error.
