If your problem is a message that is telling you that Mootools 1.2 not loaded, then you should go to Plugins Manager and activate the System - Mootools

I got:
Mootools 1.2 not loaded. Please enable "System - Mootools Upgrade" plugin
But when i tryed to find the plugin it not exists. Tryed to install, uninstall the component and still not working.
The first time I tryed to install the installation stoped to work after the download.
Can u help me?

Are you using chrome? Seems it wont work in chrome, use firefox if you can

Has nothing to do with Chrome. Works fine, however, it might have to do with the upgrade path you took. I got the problem now, after upgrading from 1.5.15 to 1.5.25. No Mootools here either. Likely have to download and install the plugin separately.
For your info:
It has to do with the fact that pre-1.5.19 Mootools 1.2 isn't included. If you don't have Mootools in your plugins (for whatever reason), install it from here:

You need more modification, I will come back on that in a bit.
Ah, guess what, when installing the 1.5.15 to 1.5.23 over the 1.5.25...the tool worked fine.
Had another domain with the same kind of problem. The above didn't work. What did work however, was download all updates from 1.5.1 up to 1.5.25 (YES, really downloaded all of them 1.5.1, 1.5.2 etc), installed them one by one and then ran the tool again. It worked.
Hope this gives others enough pointers in case they get stuck.
You can continue as advised by Joomla.org after this (activate the plugin and go).
