Hi, I'm wondering about Joomla and seo. I've been reading lots of articles in Google about what they prefer for seo, and one of the things I saw was that they penalize it when one presents an article (which is keyword optimized) to the Search engines, and presents different information to the users.

Here's what I'm worried about: I have added category descriptions to my category blog layout menus. Using a seo plugin, the description is shown to google in meta name=description, and are cached in Google. However, when you click this in google, you get the category blog with the article intros, and never the category description. Does this ring a bell? or should I as well show this description?

Am currently fairly new to joomla and seo i tried loads of seo extensions after reading this article it made me think twice and made some sense am using 2.5 joomla and they basicly say that it does what most of the seo extensions do the link to the pdf read is http://jarenas.hostei.com/index.php?option=com_mtree&task=att_download&link_id=3&cf_id=24
