All Pinoy ROLLCALL. Pls Check-in your attendance! Welcome to D Filipino forums!

Post by guilliam » Thu Aug 18, 2005 11:52 am

mabuhay noypi's!

----------

EDITED THREAD TITLE: All Pinoy ROLLCALL. Pls Check-in your attendance! Welcome to D Filipino forums!
from: Welcome to the FIlipino forums!

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

.

THREAD ANNOUNCEMENT

as our MANAGEMENT plan of the Filipino forums, the primary concern here is the OFF TOPICS and the implementation of the SUB FORUMS or commonly called here in SMF as CHILD BOARDS so that topics and threads will be organized and easier to navigate or LOCATE a thread in the boards.

im very impressed how the FILIPINO community is growing and not just cease to grow but everyone is very participative. kudos to all!

as this particular thread has reached to page 10, IT IS HEREBY ADVISED TO ALL to limit OFF TOPIC replies or post. soon, i'll be splitting the posts in this thread which deemed to be OFF TOPIC and transfer it to a thread which is designated for OFF TOPIC post.

as mentioned, dont ever worry about your posts or any post counts since there will be no POST to be DELETED hence it will only be SPLITTED or transfered to the most relevant or most appropriate thread.

this thread will not be locked, since this is the living testament (being the ever first thread in the FILIPINO forums) of the active participation of the FILIPINO's to the *ambo community. it will continue as it is; BUT with a major change that all OFF TOPIC post will be transfered to the thread which is appropriate. to reiterate:

"IT IS HEREBY ADVISED TO ALL to limit OFF TOPIC replies or post"

this thread SHALL  limit to the topic of "FILIPINO ROLL CALL and check-in your attendance" otherwise, please post your: WELCOME to the board mr./ms. "so and so" replies to:

http://forum.opensourcematters.org/inde ... 188.0.html

likewise, all splitted/transfered posts or replies from this thread can be found in the thread above given

----------------------------

A general guideline to all new posters on this thread:

1. if your name is different from your account name, PLEASE state your name. first name or nickname is much appreciated.

2. post your location. if not based in the Philippines, please post where you are currently located and from where you used to reside in the Philippines.

FOR YOUR GUIDANCE AND IMPLEMENTATION.

thank you.

I wonder what we'll call the new M***o  brand.  Because we are true-blue Filipinos, maybe we should take the lead in coming up with a name. ( Mambolaga, Mambago, Miron, etc).  ::)

mambolaga! ahahha that sounds funny.

banat sa kabila sis QuickSync? san dun? yung "orphaned chalk chak cheenes" ba?? oo. tang nang mga yun eh.. awstralyano naman.. simpleng METAPHOR di maintindihan.. thats why i conceded in replying on that thread since i felt stepping down to a "KIDS" level of arguing. those mir* peps doesnt argue the intellectual debating and pounding of facts should be.. they just look into the flaws of other's replies. not basically answering the question.. bottomline:

"no need to argue with a lousy gay debater"

~cadit questio~ that is.

FOSS will live on pare! Thanks for the warm welcome.

Yung iba, alam na ba nila what happened?

When the news about a m***** foundation was released duda na ako dun eh. Mambo is already strong as it is and is doing well - why a sudden change and wala man lang buzz about?

~ sa OpenSource, our audience is the community.

It's GPL'ed they can't do anything about it.

Syanga pala Master Rey, SMF is not GPL'ed - we should be using another board.

ngek, huli na naman ako.  well, story of my life. what can i say.

So, saan ang party?

Palagay n'yo?

Palagay n'yo?
As far the entire script/program is concerned, it's GPL'ed and we are free to use it.

I guess profit motive destroys a lot of good things we have in life. I'm not saying na masama lahat ng profit motive ha... in more ways than one, kumita tayo (ako, kng di pa kayo) dahil sa MOS.
