Hello I am new in joomla, I been working in a website, I have this question, I have to publish articles about places, for example I will have

USA
USA -->Washington
UK
UK-->London

And so on, It is ok if in order to make this structure I use Categories? or should I use menues?

Use sections for the countries, categories for the cities. And then link you menus to those sections or categories appropriately
