File does not Exist

My c panel error log seems the following while editing an article.I have changed file permission but it is not working...

[Sun Jun 26 10:23:08 2011] [error] [client 203.112.196.102] File does not exist: /home/cdprdu/public_html/500.shtml, referer: http://cdprdu.org/administrator/index.p ... it&cid[]=4
[Sun Jun 26 10:16:17 2011] [error] [client 203.112.196.102] File does not exist: /home/cdprdu/public_html/404

So, the cpanel error log shows an error... but what is the actual problem? Are you just looking at the error log looking for problems to resolve? What issue is it actually causing?

Send version numbers.
