It is nice to see everyone in an OpenSource project 'clapping themselves on the hand' however since I have had to Register with a totally incomprehensible Captcha, (refreshed probably a dozen times), then have to go to great pains to upload an Avatar, (which under normal circumstances would resize 100x100), I would ask with over 20,000 hours of Joomla experience what do you all want to achieve?

How does that help with WebSite accessibility?
What happens if you are Blind or Deaf with Joomla?

However bearing in mind that I am over 50 and my eyesight is not as good as it was, maybe Joomla is only for those that can actually see and bother about images so as to have a favourite application to hand to deal with 'images'. I had to import Fireworks into Linux through Wine just to deal with an Avatar. (An hour of messing about with Captcha and Images). Total Bollocks.

Are you making a Joomla Guru Community that believes in its own Crap?

Or are you making an Open Source Application that normal people want to use?

Don't get me wrong the Joomla CMS works well, but don't start believing your own development and idealistic views will be acknowledged by the end user.

If you create a Mire you will drown in [censored]!

I could not see a Forum for this Post so I Posted it here, (probably will get deleted, or at best put where no one will find it).

The cynic in me!

You look like a very unhappy person posting OT in an old dead topic for years.

PhpBB is not Joomla as you sure know, as you have been practicing Joomla for so many hours.

Not satisfied of the Captcha? I am not either.
A simple way to ask if it is possible to change it is to post, without using this tone which is unwanted here, in the correct sub-forum:
http://forum.joomla.org/viewforum.php?f=7

But maybe first cool down a bit.
