Shpping Mall extension

I don't know if this ever happened to you but it happened to me a few times now and I hate it.
I came across an extension that you can use to create a Shopping Mall, where users can create e-Stores and you as the admin and site owner can charge a percentage of the sales.
I can't find this extension again and can't remember where I saw it.
Does anyone know what I'm referring to and guide me towards where to get that extension?
