I would like to add a custom help button in the
toolbar you see when you edit module data in the backend.

The Help button I see there now only show general information about modules in Joomla.

I want the users of my Module to be able to click a help button, which then opens a
help.html file in a new browser window (or tab).

Ideally I would like to add this custom help button in the module toolbar.
How can I do this, without any hacks to Joomla core?
