I use Chrome as a default browser but for the last few days I cannot get into this Forum using Chrome. I get the message
"Not Acceptable
An appropriate representation of the requested resource / could not be found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

This can mean a multitude of reasons apparently. I can use Chrome for any other sites except the Forum. I have uninstalled and re-installed Chrome to not effect. Anyone else had the same issue?

Thanks for that. Nothing new installed recently. The only thing I have added is the Chrome Color Picker but that is not installed now since I re-installed Chrome but will keep thinking on those lines.

Likewise I also use Chrome and have never had any problems. Which is small comfort and even less help to you but does suggest it is something other than Chrome that is playing up. Is the message generated by Chrome or is it a system message from your computer?

It's clearly not a West country problem then  The error message i get is as in my first post but i have now installed Chrome Plus and that is fine. Weird but have overcome the problem at the moment. I didn't want to loose the Chrome setup as I find the "Inspect Element" facility very useful for finding the CSS code in Joomla pages!
