Dear Team,

We have installed Editor TinyMCE 2.0 as well we have installed CKEditor the problem we have is that when we create table it is getting displayed in admin panel but when we save it the table disappears.

Everything works fine expect the table.. Please advice.

System info

PHP Built on: Linux 2.6.32.36-hardened #9 SMP Tue Mar 29 09:29:20 PDT 2011 x86_64
Database Version: 5.1.39-log
Database Collation: utf8_general_ci
PHP Version: 5.2.17
Web Server: Apache
Web Server to PHP interface: cgi-fcgi
Joomla! Version: Joomla! 1.5.15 Stable [ Wojmamni Ama Mamni ] 05-November-2009 04:00 GMT

Note: we always make sure that only one Editor is enabled and other one disabled in Plugins as well as under global configuration.

If you can provide any suggestion on how to make table work on Editor (TinyMCE 2.0) That would be great.

P.S : The site is hosted on shared server in dream host as well as when we use TinyMCE 2.0 table gets displayed in admin console but not getting displayed in the site.

Please help ..

Thanks!
Sasi

Maybe.
But, the first thing to do is update Joomla to the current version: 1.5.24

In addition to the security issues, it is a waste of time chasing a bug which may already be fixed.

.
Often when one browser works and another does not it is because the page has structural issues.
One bowser can work-around the mess and display a page, another browser cannot.

Run the page through an HTML validator to check for structural issues.
http://validator.w3.org/check?verbose=1&uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.theritchiestreet.com%2Findex.php%3Fpage%3Dshop.product_details%26flypage%3Dflypage.tpl%26product_id%3D113%26category_id%3D49%26option%3Dcom_virtuemart%26Itemid%3D143

There are definitely structural issues on that page which need to be fixed.

Code:
table.tblstyle {
border: 1px solid #00A9DD !important;
}

This set a border around the table only.
Try this to also include the table cells.

Code:
table.tblstyle, table.tblstyle td {
border: 1px solid #00A9DD !important;
}

You have to fix the structural issues that kenmcd mentioned first.
