Yes it's from the installion service on 123-reg hosting as it has premade services to install joomla, wordpress etc rather than using ftp

Hello

Security tokens are used in email?

So if it's asking about email details alongside this entry, try some of the options mail service providers exchange servers will accept in terms of authenticating requests from your mail client.

These look to be:

none
SSL
TLS
STAR
TTLS

Which is best depends on how you've set up your mail client I guess.

Hope dis helps?
