Extension to sell service including travel to customer

Hi,

I'm just in the process of creating a website for my service business.

I would like to sell these services on the site. My problem is i can sell the service @ $500. However, i also need to add travel from office to customer (& return) i.e. service $500 + $100 travel (calculated using mileage to customer from office). I would like to automatically calculated mileage costs using customer postcode.

I've not found any extension which can achieve this. Can anyone recommend any or advise how i can create this functionality myself?
